| At First Bank of Muleshoe, we

community for over 50 years. First National Bank was originally organized in 1955 by M. D. Gunstream. In 1985, the bank began conducting business under a state charter and was renamed First Bank of Muleshoe. A new era was launched in 1987 with the purchase of the branch in Bovina. This was followed by opening a new branch in Dimmitt in 1993. Through the years, our technology and employees have changed, but our objective has always been to serve our customers and the community. We have three locations to provide the best possible service to our customers. The main office is located at 202 S. 1st Street in Muleshoe. Our Bovina branch is located at 101 N. 3rd Street and our Dimmitt branch is located at 215 W. Bedford. First Bank has a staff of 40 employees among its three locations, and is currently approximately $80 million in assets. In this area of Texas and New Mexico, agriculture is a vital component of our financial structure. Originally farming and beef cattle operations were the base of our economy, however, other businesses including the dairy industry have relocated to this part of the country. The directors, officers and employees at First Bank continually pledge to provide the best service to all of our customers.
